Cancellation & Amendment Policy

Peak Season
* 4 to 21 April April 2025
* 28 June to 13 July 2025
* 20 September to 6 October 2025
* 13 December 2025 to 27 January 2026
A payment of the first nights accommodation is required to confirm the booking.
If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified inside 30 days to 10 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 1 nights accommodation will be charged.
All cancellations inside 10 days before arrival, including no-shows, will be charged 100% of the total price of the reservation.

Low Season
*All other dates outside Peak Season
A payment of the first nights accommodation is required to confirm the booking.
If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified inside 30 days to 5 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 1 nights accommodation will be charged.
All cancellations inside 5 days before arrival, including no shows, will be charged 100% of the total price of the reservation.

Payment for accommodation will be processed the day prior to arrival.
If the apartment is re-let for the cancelled period then a refund may be made back to the guest.
Unless otherwise advised by you, in writing immediately, acceptance and agreement to this Cancellation Policy is assumed.

We highly recommend our guests arrange an appropriate level of travel insurance.
